COVID-19 Notice - Please note that there might be shipping delays, both domestic and international.

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment. 
  • We do offer expedited shipping. Make sure to choose the correct option during checkout.
  • Make sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you made a mistake with the shipping address, you can reach out to have the address changed via within 24 hours from submitting. 
  • Customers will be responsible for shipping rates under $65. Any order over $65 will receive free shipping on behalf of the store. 

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds: 

  • Returns can be made if any item has been damaged. We will need photos of the damaged item within 3 days of delivery. 
  • If your item is damaged, we will offer an exchange of the same item along with free shipping. 
  • If you are not interested in another item, a refund will be posted to your chosen payment vendor. 


  • If an item is marked as a gift, the gift recipient will have the chance to return the item(s) and receive a gift card of the equivalent amount. 
  • If the gift recipient is not interested in an exchange, the item can be returned and a refund will be issued to the gift giver. Please contact via email to coordinate.
